RETURN POLICY

**Physical Products:**
1. **Returns:** Customers may return any physical product purchased from Marketing Ai LLC within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. **Proof of Purchase:** To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. **Refunds:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

4. **Shipping Costs:** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. **Exchanges:** We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rob@marketingai.com and send your item to: 1755 E 1500 N Logan, UT 84341.

6. **Exceptions:** Some items may be non-returnable due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

**Services:**
All sales of services are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services provided by Marketing Ai LLC. Once a service has been rendered, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
